01 / LEARNER TEST PREPARATION

Practise before your learner test.

Use the RTO Exam app to read questions and answers, learn road signs and take mock tests. Select West Bengal and your preferred language in the app.

  1. Install the app for your phone.
  2. Read the question bank and review road signs.
  3. Take practice tests and revisit answers you missed.
  4. Follow your appointment instructions for the actual learner’s licence test.

02 / TWO-WHEELER TEST PROCESS

Prepare for your riding test.

Our school guide uses a figure-eight practice track. Confirm the route, signals and stopping point with your instructor before starting; follow the examiner’s instructions at the actual test.

Practice sequence

  1. Understand the marked route and designated start point.
  2. Start when instructed, using the signal taught by your instructor.
  3. Ride the marked track in the instructed direction, keeping a steady speed and balance.
  4. Use the required signals as demonstrated during training.
  5. Slow down on approach to the designated finish.
  6. Stop fully, then place your foot on the ground.

Practise balance without putting a foot down while riding. If you become unstable, prioritise a safe stop.

Before you start

  • Wear a certified helmet, covered shoes and suitable riding clothes.
  • Check the motorcycle with your instructor, including neutral before starting and mirror adjustment.
  • Know the route and practise the required signals under supervision.

During practice

Look ahead, stay inside the markings and avoid sudden braking. Review missed signals, wrong turns and balance difficulties with your instructor.

School preparation guidance. Track dimensions, assessment and procedures must be confirmed for your assigned test centre.
